After graduating from Dokuz Eylül University Medical School in 1989, Dr. Sibel Ulusan pursued a career in emergency medicine for 25 years. In 2004, she received a certificate in Medical Aesthetic Medicine from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey and took innovative steps in the beauty and hair transplantation industry with Ulusan Private Health Company.

Dr. Sibel Ulusan has dedicated the last 15 years specifically to the field of hair transplantation, during which she has performed hair transplant operations for more than 4000 patients from 45 countries worldwide. As an active member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), she participates in conferences held in Europe and America every year, contributing to global developments in hair restoration and successfully representing Turkey in this field.

Dr. Sibel Ulusan is also a founding member of the Atlas Health Education Foundation, which aims to provide educational support to university students, expand their visions, and offer scholarships. Dr. Ulusan, who places great importance on strengthening the role of women in the business world and supporting female entrepreneurship, takes a leading role in this area with a workforce comprising 80% women in her own company.

Dr. Zafer Ulusan completed his medical studies at Ege University Medical School in 1983 and became a specialist in internal medicine in 1989. For 30 years, he played a pivotal role in the Turkish healthcare sector as a hospital administrator, marking a significant turning point. He was the first to elevate a hospital to ‘Lean Hospital’ standards in Turkey and officially certified this achievement. In 2004, he established Ulusan Private Health Company, beginning his educational and innovative endeavors in the fields of beauty and hair restoration.

As an active member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, Dr. Ulusan contributes to global developments in hair restoration by meeting with doctors worldwide at annual gatherings in Europe, Asia, and America. He was also the pioneer in Turkey of the Hair Simulation operation, first performed in the USA in 2015.

In recent years, Dr. Ulusan has focused on making Turkey a world leader in hair restoration tourism. Together with his wife, Dr. Sibel Ulusan, they take pride in contributing significantly to Turkey’s tourism by offering international patients the chance to achieve their dream hair. They are also committed to giving back to the community, providing scholarships to university students and offering mentorship to entrepreneurs of all ages, transferring their knowledge to the next generations.

Dr. Filiz Mumcuoğlu Geray graduated from BAL in 1977 and from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1983. In 1992, she became a Dermatology specialist at Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital. She has worked as a Dermatology specialist at Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital and Kartal Training and Research Hospital.

Dr. Nezi Yurdakul graduated from Selçuk University in 1992. After completing her mandatory service, she worked in various units as a Family Physician and also at the Tuberculosis Control Association. She has worked in private clinics and is currently serving at the Ulusan Hair Transplant Center Polyclinic, working alongside Dr. Zafer and Dr. Sibel Ulusan.
